Melissa joined TCC as Director, Finance and Administration in July of 2024. Prior to joining TCC, she led a group of 30 Administrative and Accounting professionals on 250+ projects, on a larger team of 700 Construction Project Managers, Engineers, and Inspectors. She is resourceful and results-driven with a passion for growth and efficiency. Melissa excels in hiring and training, process improvement, team building and leadership, accounting, developing policies and procedures, and office administration.
She has completed coursework in Business Administration at Drexel University and earned a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Carnegie Mellon University. Melissa brings a positive spirit and contributions to TCC’s employees and business operations.
