A multi-disciplinary practice serving the greater South Jersey area, the Jefferson Primary and Specialty Care at Fish Pond Road provides nationally recognized primary care services that patients trust. Focusing on Audiology, ENT, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Urology, Allergy, Infusion, and Vascular services, the 15,000 sqft care center saw its first patient in May of 2024.
Construction of the former unoccupied shell space included the creation of 23 Exam Rooms, 4 Procedure Rooms, 2 Audiology Booths, 2 Hearing Aid Consult Rooms, Infusion Suite with 3 bays, Phlebotomy Rooms, Medication Rooms, Physician and staff support area, and Administrative offices.
TCC joined the project team during the Construction Documentation phase beginning with confirmation of spaces and equipment. In addition, TCC provided oversight of DCA Submission, Approval/CM Bidding, and Construction Management through DOH Approval & Occupancy for Jefferson’s largest multi-specialty medical practice in southern New Jersey.
