Occupancy & Change Management

To TCC the end of construction does not equate to the end of your project. Without a proactive, detailed, and strategic operational readiness plan, the transition into your new space can become difficult, tainting your workforce’s experience with the new space. Our team helps manage early on change management planning as well as all aspects of your move and occupancy efforts from close-out to operational readiness. We prioritize clear and consistent communication to optimize your staff experience and ensure an effective adoption of your new facility.

Our Capabilities

Throughout the planning and design processes, TCC challenges our clients to think about how operations, policies, and procedures can be improved upon. We provide tracking and management tools to enhance your long-term success and coordinate the ongoing education of staff to best utilize your new space.

TCC manages the collection, organization, and delivery of all final contract requirements for workmanship and equipment documentation, including closeout, as-builts, warranties, and owner manuals to the client team. Taking the time to collect and organize this documentation as well as educating the building stakeholders on the operational requirements of their building pays off in dividends for a smooth transition from construction to operations.

Through strategic occupancy planning, TCC assists your team in initial deployment and future utilization of your space. We coordinate closely with internal departments and stakeholders to anticipate operational concerns and ensure a smooth transition.

Prior to your physical move date(s), TCC develops carefully crafted schedules, plans, and communication strategies for project stakeholders, internal departments, FF&E vendors, movers, and other impacted parties. Our team is physically present to guide and problem-solve the move event by directing and pivoting when things need to be redirected.

The TCC team plans and coordinates all activities necessary to ensure the space(s) you are vacating is appropriately decommissioned. We coordinate space requirements with the landlord to accurately manage the removal of furniture, deactivation or transference of services as necessary.

Before the year comes to a close, I wanted to reach out and thank you for all of your assistance, organizational skills, and “keeping the puppies in a box” for us over the past months. We wouldn’t be where we are without your efforts to help move things along.

Terri L. Schmitt, Drexel University

Confidential Client

From the beginning of our project, TCC has been a phenomenal company to work with. TCC made sure all of our deadlines were met along with keeping us on budget. I strongly recommend TCC to any company that is looking for a professional team to orchestrate their project.

Confidential Client

As the CEO and very involved in our construction project, TCC was my sounding board on construction issues. They gave me perspective as well as a heads up on possible problems that could arise at various stages of construction.

Alan Oberman, John Brooks Recovery Center

We have been working with TCC for several years on numerous projects. TCC is a trusted team member of our organization and a true advocate for our best interest on every project. Their knowledge and expertise has been an asset for our organization in planning and managing construction projects.

Matt Levinson, AtlantiCare

It has been such a pleasure working with The Carlin Collaborative on our projects. The firm’s name is appropriate, as TCC is truly collaborative in nature. They work together with owners, contractors, and end users to solve problems and provide solutions producing a superior product.
