Major Milestone Celebrated with Meadows Pavilion Expansion Ribbon-Cutting

May 28, 2025, marked a major milestone for AtlantiCare on their Vision 2030 journey with the ribbon-cutting of the Meadows Pavilion Expansion at the Mainland Campus in Pomona, New Jersey.  This significant enhancement added two new floors and 35,000 square feet of state-of-the-art healthcare space, advancing AtlantiCare’s mission to transform healthcare throughout the southern New Jersey region.

Designed to elevate patient and staff experience, the expansion features private patient rooms equipped with the latest smart technology, including integrated clinical information systems, electronic medical records, in-room dialysis access, and ceiling-mounted lifts to promote patient mobility in select rooms. Additional improvements include satellite nursing stations, dedicated medication and supply areas, and staff lounges—all designed with efficiency and comfort in mind.

A hallmark of the new space is the integration of original artwork through the AtlantiCare Healing Arts Program. Commissioned from local artists, these works provide a serene and uplifting environment that supports healing and wellness for patients, staff, and visitors alike.

The Carlin Collaborative served as the project’s full-service Project Management partner, providing expert guidance from planning through occupancy. Their role encompassed feasibility planning, budgeting, design and construction management, commissioning oversight, equipment coordination, and move management—ensuring the project’s successful execution at every stage.
