Community Impact
At TCC, we believe that we have a civic responsibility to pay it forward so that every member of our community has the equal opportunity to grow, connect, and thrive. We feel it is essential to connect with our neighbors in a meaningful way and approach community impact efforts with a people-first mentality. Each year our team prioritizes connection through community outreach, acts of giving, volunteerism, and education opportunities. We participate both as a team and individually, encouraging each team member to invest in the causes which speak to them on a deeper level. If we can all become more involved in our communities and the lives of our neighbors, we can build a more positive future for those around us.
