TCC has been engaged by AtlantiCare Physician Group to provide a full range of project management services for this 6,500 SF medical office space from conceptual budgeting, design phase coordination, bidding, construction, and occupancy. This fit-out consists of medical office space for pediatrics, family medicine and additional timeshare programs at AtlantiCare’s Health Mall located in Manahawkin, NJ.
