This project required special attention to phasing and logistics to ensure that the existing 2 patient floors would remain operational during the entire construction duration. The Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design also required careful consideration of required shutdowns and how these new systems and upgrades would affect operations. All considerations also had to align with the aggressive schedule and budget constraints. TCC provided full Project Management services including feasibility design, project budget development and controls, delivery method selection, developing master project schedule including critical milestones and phasing, design documentation coordination, quality assurance, construction activity oversight, contractor management, coordination of facility operation interruptions, cost tracking, management of commissioning activities, vendor and equipment coordination, and move management. This project is currently under construction with phased completion dates. Final completion is estimated in the first quarter of 2025.
