With specific selection criteria, our team identifies the most qualified teams and provides proposal evaluation, recommendations, and contract finalization to get them on board and up to speed on the project’s critical needs. TCC helps ensure that appropriate contract language and project requirements are clearly outlined during the bidding process so that scope of work is complete and risks are mitigated.

TCC acts as your coordinator between the project team and all required applications. We establish key project timelines and mitigate any unnecessary delays.

In order to maintain effective operations during construction there are a variety of solutions that allow for your team to work uninterrupted and informed. TCC works with the construction team and client to review effective placement of temporary structures, material laydown space, interior and exterior traffic patterns, and create plans of action for any utility interruptions that may have an impact downstream.

In addition to virtual meetings, TCC monitors the progress of work through regular site visits and inspections ensuring that issues are identified and resolved in the field. We provide reports to the client including progress photos, a summary of field progress, and critical issues along with their proposed solutions. Progress is closely monitored against the project schedule and if any issues should arise a swift recovery plan is implemented and monitored to get the project back on track.

TCC closely monitors work activities to ensure adherence to the project budget. We represent your interests in identifying and controlling costs, negotiating cost events, and other cost factors to avoid budgetary issues. TCC makes sure the project remains consistent with the established costs and overall strategic plan.
