Fran Bates has over 30 years of experience coordinating and deploying complex client occupancy efforts which has gained her extensive knowledge in the logistics of phased equipment and furniture relocations. As a highly skilled communicator, she anticipates her clients’ needs which has led to an exceptional track record of client satisfaction. Fran joined TCC as an Assistant Project Manager in 2019. Fran has experience with renovation and complex office and in-patient healthcare relocation projects. She is particularly adept at project controls management and reporting.
