Kady Mueller is an Assistant Project Manager at TCC Project Management, supporting healthcare projects throughout the Southeast. She assists project teams with project coordination, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and project controls to help ensure successful project delivery.
Kady brings nearly three years of experience managing data-driven project controls, program coordination, stakeholder communication, and contractual deliverables for complex federal and Department of Defense programs. Prior to transitioning into project management, she spent more than a decade leading program development and implementation initiatives for the Berkeley County and Charleston County School Districts, developing strong organizational, communication, and operational leadership skills.
Kady earned her degree from the College of Charleston and is based in Charleston, South Carolina, where she lives with her husband and daughter.
