Melissa Turner joined TCC as Director, Operations & Strategic Pursuits with a wealth of project management experience. Melissa has a unique blend of experience as both an owner and consultant with a proven track record of success in complex operational environments. Melissa has a passion for developing lasting client relationships and keeps that at the forefront of everything she does.
She previously worked in a variety of capacities including Vice President of Client Development, Strategic Business Development, and Transition Planning Solutions for a healthcare planning consultant. Melissa fostered client relationships across multiple service lines and worked to expand their offerings in Equipment Planning, Transition Planning, Activation & Building Logistics, and Accreditation & Regulatory Licensure. She also spent time as a Project Manager & Facilities Analyst at the University of California, Davis. With a strong foundation in Project Management, Melissa understands the value of building the right team, with the right skills, at the right time.
