Zach Rausch joined the TCC team as an Assistant Project Manager in September of 2023. Zach is a skillful project management professional with hands-on experience in the science and technology construction industry. He is a highly effective communicator, comfortable facilitating regular meetings between cross-functional teams regarding deliverables, concerns, feedback, and critical developments. Having project management experience from both the owner and owner’s representative side, Zach understands the needs and priorities of a project’s various stakeholders. He prioritizes collaboration with all project teams to create an effective and driven path towards deliverables.
Zach earned his B.S. in Bioengineering from the University of Maryland. His personality and eagerness to try new things adds light and encouragement to the TCC team. Zach is a lover of golf, jiu-jitsu, poker, and Philadelphia sports. Go Birds!
