During her tenure in the construction industry Kait has worked on both the Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager side giving her a unique perspective when it comes to managing a successful construction project. Kait joined TCC as a Senior Project Manager in 2024 and has a B.S. in Construction Management from Drexel University. She has successfully collaborated with Design Professionals, Construction Managers, and Multi-Prime Contractors on a variety of projects in the healthcare, community, commercial, and higher education market sectors.
She possesses a strong attention to detail and values relationships she creates with Owners and architectural/engineering firms throughout the design and construction process. Kait excels in guiding clients through the construction administration process. She is currently working to obtain her Project Management Professional Certification. She has integrated seamlessly into our project team serving healthcare clients throughout southern New Jersey.
