As the first member to join TCC alongside Amanda Carlin in January of 2019, Andrea Ball has paved the way, not only for the clients she masterfully assists, but the culture of TCC itself. With 25+ years as an owner’s representative and a robust design background, Andrea brings expert perspective to every project while empowering teams to excel and challenge each other. She has proven success leading project teams in healthcare, higher education, and commercial building projects. She is systematic and proficient at managing budgets, schedules, and client expectations for multi-million-dollar projects. Andrea has served as the project lead and owner’s representative overseeing the planning, design, construction and occupancy teams on complex new construction and multi-phased renovation projects.
In November of 2025, Andrea was promoted to Director of Operations, where she oversees internal operational processes, drives efficiency initiatives, and supports our project teams with the dedication and excellence she is known for. This new role reflects both her outstanding contributions and our confidence in her ability to guide the organization forward.
Andrea earned her BA in Interior Design from Drexel University.
