Stefanie Spinelli-Kreider joined the TCC team as a Senior Project Manager in August of 2019. With over 23 years’ experience in design and construction, Stefanie has proven success in leading project teams in both new construction and multi-phased renovation projects. She has served as the design project manager and owner’s representative, overseeing the initial design concept to occupancy and has experience with Integrated Facility Design, Lean processes, and implementation. Stefanie is an expert at leading design, coordinating project schedules, budgets, and communication strategies, bringing an innovative Lean mindset to her clients and their projects.
She earned her bachelor’s in architecture from Pennsylvania State University and is a member of Women in Bio and ISPE. On the TCC Team, Stefanie not only manages complex projects with confidence, but teaches others, improves internal workflow, and drives organizational growth. She feels that her mission is accomplished every time the integrity of a project shines through.
